Duro-Last
The custom-fabricated, single-ply PVC Duro-Last commercial roofing system is ideal for any flat or low-sloped application. Extremely durable and easily installed without disrupting building operations, the Duro-Last Roofing System is also watertight, highly reflective, resistant to chemicals, fire and high winds, as well as low maintenance.

What does this mean for you?
Duro-Last has a unique checks and balances system set up for their authorized commercial roofing contractors. After each commercial roof installation, Duro-Last dispatches a Quality Assurance Technician to thoroughly inspect the entire roof system and then grades the quality of the workmanship.
Why does Duro-Last go through this trouble? The warranty and the reputation. The warranty and the roofing system are what remains once the installation crews go home. The warranty is by far one of the most important documents you should fully understand before signing any contract.
For Duro-Last, the standard is a 15 year No-Dollar Limit Warranty (with additional spans available). Unlike any other warranty in the industry, the Duro-Last standard warranty covers material AND workmanship, consequential damages, does not void for ponded water and does not require inspections.
Duro-Last upholds the highest of standards for their quality of installation and the quality of their materials. That is why they dispatch a Quality Assurance Technician after every commercial roof installation.
